Birth Doula Services
As your birth doula, I am here to respect, support, and encourage you in the way that you decide to give birth. Birth is not a one-size-fits-all. I will be your cheerleader throughout the process and help you feel secure in your choices. I can’t wait to celebrate your new family with you!
What’s included
Free initial consultation to see if I am the right fit for you and your family.
2 prenatal visits, in person or through video call. This is where we get to know each other, your birth plans and preferences. This is where you are able to ask questions and clarification on choices that you are unsure of. We can write a birth plan, discuss your options for pain management, and talk about planning your postpartum! I will give you evidence based information and resources so that you can choose what’s right for you.
Unlimited texts / Emails I will be available to you via text or email from hire until 4 weeks postpartum.
Continuous Labor and Birth Support. I will be available for your labor from 38 weeks to 42 weeks gestation.
Immediate Postpartum Support (if desired, 1-2 hours)
2 Postnatal Visits / Calls - I will visit you and your baby at home, or give you a phone call, whatever works best for you. We can talk about your birth experience, your recovery, how your family is settling in, or any questions you may have.
Cost: $1,000
$500 due at the time of hire, and the remaining $500 must be paid by 37 weeks in your pregnancy.
I understand that some families have difference resources and budgets. I am willing to work with you to set up monthly payment plans, or make other arrangements that may work for you.
